CODE OF GOOD GOBERNANCE

The Code of Good Governance of the ITURRI Foundation establishes the principles, values, and standards that guide the management and activities of the Foundation:
  • Informative transparency through the website, including statutes, information about the Board, ethical codes, activity reports, among others.
  • Commitment to annual updates of the code of good governance.
  • Applicability and mandatory compliance of the code for those who exercise governance and representation functions.
  • Monitoring of code compliance by the Board.
  • Prohibition of granting loans to Board members or executives.
  • Collaboration with the ITURRI Group under market conditions and with authorization from the Protectorate when necessary.
  • Non-profit orientation and allocation of surpluses to foundational purposes.
  • Responsible use of resources with effectiveness and efficiency, with periodic reports to the Board
This code aims to promote transparent, effective, and responsible management, aligned with the values and mission of the ITURRI Foundation
